Buyer Identity Verification

To maintain authenticity and ownership records for every luxury watch sold, the following is mandatory:

• The original Emirates ID (for UAE residents) or passport copy (for international customers) of the buyer must be presented at the time of purchase.
• The registered buyer must visit our boutique in person to inspect and collect the watch.
• If another individual is collecting the item on the buyer’s behalf, the following must be submitted:
  • A No Objection Certificate (NOC) or consent email from the original buyer stating the full name and ID/passport details of the person collecting.
  • A copy of the collector’s Emirates ID or passport must be submitted before or during collection.

Collection & Purchase Policy

• All watches purchased from Afridi Luxury Watches are subject to physical inspection and collection at our boutique.
• We do not deliver watches or allow remote pickups without formal documentation as outlined above.

Return Policy

We offer a limited return option to ensure complete satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our products:

• Returns are accepted only within 7 days from the date of invoice.
• The watch must be in unused, original condition, including:
  • No tampering with the movement
  • All original stickers intact
  • Dial, bracelet, clasp, and links untouched
  • No signs of wear or external adjustments
• Watches will be thoroughly inspected by our expert team before any return is accepted.
• Approved returns will be refunded through the original mode of payment or agreed refund method.
• Returns are only accepted from customers within the UAE. International returns are not possible, as collection and return assessments must happen in-store.

Payments & Ownership

• We accept cash, card payments, and secure bank transfers.
• Ownership of the watch is only transferred once full payment is made and all documentation is verified.
• Watches sold under promotion, special discount, or clearance may not qualify for returns unless specifically mentioned.

Additional Disclaimers

• Afridi Luxury Watches is not liable for damage incurred post-purchase due to mishandling, misuse, or third-party interference.
• Our team maintains authenticity and originality standards, and each piece is certified by experts before sale.
